Whether you take public transit, Uber/Lyft, or drive, please plan for extra travel time to The Broadview Hotel (106 Broadview Ave) as there are many events and closures in the city that day impacting travel and parking. The neighbourhood will likely be busiest between 3–5 PM, so we encourage you to consider public transit and/or Uber/Lyft and arrive early.

Best drop-off address is 100 Broadview Ave to reach the South Lane Entrance directly to the lobby and avoid Queen and corner traffic.

If you choose to drive: Broadview Hotel parking is limited and for overnight guests only. There are some nearby walkable lots:

1. Green P Carpark 45 — across the street at 111 Broadview Ave (approx. $2.50 per half hour; $6.00 6pm–7am). Most convenient but fills up quickly.

2. Precise ParkLink — 60 Broadview Ave lot, about 4 minutes south of the hotel (avoids Queen St).

3. Green P Lot 283 — 100 Cooperage St (a 10+-minute walk). In the Canary District; our best “safe bet” if nearer lots are full
